By utilizing this service, you agree that Lovett has completed all of its obligation other than the items on your list and that Lovett's obligations are confined to its obligations under the limited warranty issued in connection with the purchase of the home.
You agree that, as provided in the warranty, any claims or disputes arising out of or relating to issues addressed on the home must be made within a reasonable time and shall be decided by binding arbitration in accordance with the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association currently in effect.
