With over two thousand homes worth of experience, Lovett Homes has developed a peerless inspection process that greatly exceeds the minimum level of inspection required by the City of Houston.
In addition to going through our rigorous internal inspection process, most Lovett Homes will undergo the following:
• A third-party engineering consultant of record’s evaluation of the home four times during the structural phase of construction.
• Lovett’s experienced quality assurance team’s examination of the home (separate from the building supervisor’s routine inspections) an additional six times during the critical phases of construction.
• A mandatory 100% completion of our checklist of over four hundred quality control requirements.
